NRA Refuse To Be a Victim

The National Rifle Association “Refuse to be a Victim” seminar is a personal safety and crime prevention program that teaches individuals how to reduce their risk of becoming a victim of crime.   5. Technology security: Participants will learn how to protect themselves from cybercrime, including how to create strong passwords, protect personal information online, and recognize and avoid phishing scams.
  6. Travel security: Participants will learn how to protect themselves when they are traveling, including how to secure their hotel rooms, avoid dangerous areas, and handle emergencies while abroad.
  7. Workplace security: Participants will learn how to protect themselves in the workplace, including how to recognize and report suspicious behavior, how to create a safety plan, and how to handle an active shooter situation.
